We stand behind our coffee. If you're not happy with your order, let us know within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right — full refund, no questions asked. Keep the coffee.

Damaged or Wrong Orders

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime. No fees, no penalties. Manage it through your account or contact us and we'll handle it.
