Damaged or Wrong Orders
If your order arrives damaged or we sent you the wrong thing, contact us right away at support@ridgelineroast.com. We'll fix it immediately — replacement or refund, your choice.
Subscriptions
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime. No fees, no penalties. Manage it through your account or contact us and we'll handle it.
Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards cannot be refunded.
Refund Timing
