Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you choose. Your payment details are stored securely and you'll be charged for each delivery.
Changing or Cancelling
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription anytime. No fees, no penalties.
To manage your subscription:
- Use the link in your order confirmation email, or
- Log into your account on our website, or
- Email us at support@ridgelineroast.com and we'll handle it
Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, you're buying something that's not yet in stock. We may collect partial or no payment at checkout, then charge the full amount when the item ships.
You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships. If it's already shipped, see our Refund Policy.
